The result showed that DMAEA-Q with mass fraction of 79.2%, hydrolysis rate of 0.77%(mole fraction) can be prepared when DMAEA is 345.8g, polymerization inhibitor is 2.8g, mole ratio of DMAEA to residual titration solution DMAEA-Q is 11.3, reaction temperature is 45℃, mass fraction of residual titration solution is 29.5%, temperature-keeped time is 1h, supplied water is 28.5g.
