This article presents a mathematic model for optimal design of the rigid four bar composite boom weight balancing system of the portal crane. The minimum unbalanced moment and minimum counter weight are considered as the objective function, and the model is solved by the SUMT method. The practical example shows, that the application of optimal design cuts down the power consumption of luffing mechanism thus improving the design.

本文以门座起重机的刚性四连杆组合臂架平衡系统为对象,以不平衡力矩和对重重量最小为目标函数,建立相应的优化设计数学模型,并用SUMT算法求解。算例表明,采用优化设计方法,能使变幅功率减小,取得较为理想的设计结果。

塔式起重机吊臂的自重不但影响起重机的制造成本,而且影响起重特性,如何降低吊臂自重是塔式起重机设计中的关键问题之一。由于吊臂受力复杂,计算繁琐,要找到一种可行方案需花费很多时间,所以,怎祥才能找到自重最轻的设计方案是一个长期困扰设计者的问题。本文提出了一种离散优化设计方法并给出了一个吊臂设计通用程序,建立了塔式起重机常用型钢数据库,通过实际设计验证了该程序是一个简单可行的设计程序,比较圆满地解决了本文提出的问题。

Boom crane often has a boom with varying cross section. Boom weight, its construction and main dimension significantly affects the crane performance. Present paper takes a tubular boom as an example to prove that it is precise enough to use energy method to find buckling load of a boom.

臂架式起重机常采用变截面的臂架,臂架的自重、结构型式与主要尺寸对起重机的性能有重要的影响。本文以管形变截面臂架为例,证明用能量法求臂架的屈曲载荷相当准确。
