In the animals pretreated with 654-2 or verapamil, the damaging effect of isoprenaline was significantly ameliorated, and the isoprenaline-induced increase in myocardial calcium content was significantly reduced (5.35+1.08 and 3.65+0.49 mEq/kg dry wt respectively). Tests in vitro showed that 65,1-2(0.1 mg/ml) inhibited the contraction of hyperkalium-depolarized guinea pig's intestinal strip in response to the addition of Ca~(++). The results indicated that 654-2 possesses a calcium-antagonist effect and, probably, the calcium-antagonist effect of 654-2 is one of the important mechanisms through which 654-2 exerts protective action against cellular damage.

本文以形态观察、分裂指数、生长曲线,集落形成为观察指标,研究了中药白屈菜对体外人食管癌细胞(Eca—109)的作用。结果表明,白屈菜对食管癌细胞具有较强杀伤作用。其0.1、0.2mg/ml作用两天的抑制率分别为55%和61%:而同浓度的4—Fu的抑制率分别为51%和68%。白屈菜在1~2mg/ml作用两天时对109细胞的有丝分裂有显著抑制作用;并使109细胞完全丧失再繁殖能力,其对食管癌细胞的杀伤作用随药物浓度的增大和作用时间的延长而增强。
