To determine a reasonalbe extraction technology and provide a reliable pharm acologic base for the complex ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine, extraction of Tannins from Herba Geranium by water reflux, warm water immersion, acetone solution reflux, cold water immersion with stir and alcohol solution reflux were carried out. The effects of Herba Geranium Tannins produced by different extraction technology were investigated on chicken lymphocyte proliferation in vitro with MTT method....

To determine a reasonalbe extraction technology and provide a reliable pharm acologic base for the complex ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine, extraction of Tannins from Herba Geranium by water reflux, warm water immersion, acetone solution reflux, cold water immersion with stir and alcohol solution reflux were carried out. The effects of Herba Geranium Tannins produced by different extraction technology were investigated on chicken lymphocyte proliferation in vitro with MTT method. The results showed that the extraction yield and content of tannins extracted by warm water immersion, acetone solution reflux and alcohol solution reflux were all higher, the method of warm water immersion was better on the basis of cost. Except the method of alcohol solution reflux, the tannins extracted by the other 4 methods increased markedly the ConA and LPS induced prolixferation of T and B lymphocytes respectively under low concentration.

为确定提取老鹳草鞣质的合理生产工艺 ,及为药物复配提供药理学依据 ,采用水回流法、水温浸法、丙酮回流法、冷浸搅拌法和乙醇回流法进行了老鹳草鞣质的提取试验 ;采用 MTT方法检测了不同工艺生产的老鹳草鞣质对 Con A和 LPS刺激鸡外周血中淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响。试验结果表明 :水温浸法、丙酮回流法和乙醇回流法鞣质得率和质量分数均较高 ,考虑经济因素则水温浸法为好。除乙醇回流法外的 4种方法提取的老鹳草鞣质在质量浓度较低时对 Con A诱导的鸡外周血 T淋巴细胞及 LPS诱导的 B淋巴细胞的增殖均有显著的促进作用

Results: The standard curves of pterostilbene was linear in the concentration range of 10.4~104ng, r =0.9992. The average recovery was 98.28%, RSD =1.97%. The content of pterostilbene in Dragon's Blood extracted...

The content of pterostilbene in Dragon's Blood extracted with ordinary temperature was lower than that with heating technology. Conclusion: The content of pterostilbene extracted with ordinary temperature extraction in Dragon's blood have the advantage of heating extraction.

目的 :测定不同工艺提取的龙血竭中紫檀的含量。方法 :以C18反相键合硅胶为固定相 ,乙腈 1%冰醋酸 (41∶5 9)为流动相 ,检测波长为 319nm ,用外标法定量。结果 :紫檀在 10 .4~ 10 4ng范围有良好线性关系 ,r =0 .9992 ,方法回收率为 98.76 % ,RSD为 1.74 %。新型的免加热提取工艺的龙血竭中紫檀的含量低于加热提取工艺龙血竭中紫檀的含量。结论 :免加热提取龙血竭明显优于加热提取工艺。

Determination on total flavone content from Pueraria DC. by different extraction technology with spectrophotometry and aluminum trichloride as developer and analysis on ethanol concentration, extraction temperature and preextraction by ligroin resulted that total flavone content could extracted 4.05mg/g from Pueraria DC. with preextration by ligroin, 70% ethanol at 80℃.

采用分光光度法,三氯化铝作显色剂,测定不同提取工艺条件下葛叶总黄酮含量,并对乙醇浓度、提取温度及用石油醚预提等条件进行了分析。结果表明:用石油醚预提、70%乙醇、80℃温度可以得到较高的提取率,在此条件下总黄酮的含量为4.05mg/g。
