By employing a method of "extrapolation of multiple points" measurement of the S-wave train, we can reasonably raise the accuracy. Errors of the results were then analysed.

The author argued that the Archean granulite was Produced at shallow depth. So were the greenstone belts. The latter may represent products of sea -floor metamorphism.4. Thickness of the Archeaozoic lithosPhere. in Pre-Archean, the lithcsPhere is supposed to be very thin, it was only through thrusting of one rock-plate (lithosPhere) over another rock-plate that the lithosphere was thickened, and this thrusting might happen abruptly accordingto the plate tectonic theory. And this will meet the claim of a sudden increase in continental area at 2.5 b. y. B. P.5. Moho. The shallow depth of Moho under present oceanic floor is used to explain the origination of its Archean equivalent. This protest will support a primitive thin lithosPhere that ever existed in the early history of the earth.6. Structure. It is supposed from the very beginning of the earth history that an asthenosphere already existed. So was the plate tectonics and isostatic readjustment. The thickening of the crust was not only possible but also unavoidable.7. Archaeozoic continent. The author advocates there was an unique continent in Archaeozoic era, but later it had been broken up into small pieces. There might be5 kinds of lithcsPheric structures (1) two shelled ordinary lithosPhere ( 2 ) doubled ordinary lithcsPhere (3) oceanic floor ( 4 ) oceanic floor superimposed on the ordinary lithe sphere (5) doubled oceanic floor. Instead of a chemophysical evolution of the earth crust the author emphasized a structural evolution.

The eclogite may represent local aggregate within the mantle peridotites.It is suggested that the xenolith-bearing basalts originated as a result of subduc-tion of Pacific plate under Chinese Continent. However, some localities of xenoliths in southern China and inner mainland of northern China might be controlled by more deep factors as in the sea mount xenolithbearing alkali basalts.
