By using numerical method, the superconducting critical temperature Tc is cal-culated from the Eliashberg equation and the dependence of Tc on λ and the shape of effective phonon spectrum is investigated. In this study, α2F(ω) is taken as the double delta-function spectrum and the spectrum parameters are permited to change over a wide range. It is found with surprising that in the regime of λ < (?), i.e. outside the convergence circle of the Tc series solution, Tc depends, not only on λ and ratios of moments...

Using the mesared data of surface state density for poly-si, the τ~* and ι~* were calculated at different grain size. Based on these calculated results, the efficiencies of poly-si solar cells with typ of n~+—p and n~+—p—p~+ were calculated at 10μm and 25μm thickness. It is the results follow; 1. The difference of short-circut currents, also efficiencies, between the 10μm and 25μm thicks solar cells is dissolved at the grain radius of 10μm for the type of n~+—p and n~+—p—p~+ Simultaneosly. It is of interest to note that such characteristics above had been existed also in the Calculated results of Lanza using numerical method. This had been explained faivly with the Rothwarf's model and It's corrected facter. 2. It is found that the arised rules of J_(sc) and η with increased grain size in our results were different to Hovel's results. Comparing these calculated results with measured data of short-circuit current of poly-si solar cells at different grain size, It is found that our results more appropriate to measured data than Hovel's results. Therefore. It is likely that our method was move reasonable than Hovel's method based on the effective diffused length.

The particle non-linear motion equation for a radial sector cyclotron with N-folded Symmetry was derived. The betation oscillations frequency with N=4,5,6,8,10 and the phase planar properties before and after vx=4/3 resonance with N=4,f=0.578 were analyzed, by using numerical method. The dynamic stabilities and nonlinear properties were discussed, the results compared with those of ref. [1] show that both are consistent when nonlinear terms are neglected.

本文导出了N度对称径向扇回旋加速器中粒子的非线性运动方程,并用数值方法分析了N=4,5,6,8,10等情况下粒子的自由振荡频率及v_x=4/3共振线前后系统的相平面特征.讨论了系统的动力学稳定性和非线性效应,并同文献[1]进行了比较,结果表明,当不考虑系统的非线性特征时,二者完全一致。
