We address the problem of designing a decentralized cotroller via state feedback and output feedback to guarantee that the L 2 gain of the mapping from the exogenous input noise to the penalty output is less than or equal to a prescribed value.

The titration curve has two regions. There is less metal reacted with P in the upper region so the ASV response is high. After the equiyalent point exists the lower region where most of the metal has reacted with P. The equivalent point (E_p) of the titration is the point at which theocncentration of added metal, C_M,is equal to (a/b).C_P, where C_P is the analytical concentration of protein. The following relationship can be obtained For the case of a 2:1 complex, for instance,a plot of i_s vs·[1/2C_M/(C_P-1/2C_M)]~(1/2) has a slope k/K~(1/2). Therefore it is posible to estimate the composition of the leadprotein complex and K. From the E_P of the titration ourve the MW of protein can be calculated. The following results were found: lmol of serum protein reacted with 2 mols of lead to form complex M_2P. The K'_s of lead-human albumin, learl-bovine albumin and lead-human gamma globulin are 1.3×10~6(pH=6), 9.4x10~5(pH=7.4) and 1.82×10~5(pH=7) respectively. The MW of human albumin, bovine albumin and human gamma globulin are 69650, 80000 and 221000 respectively, the results agree with that obtained by the classical method reported in the literature.
