A heuristic search method for reactive power/voltage corrective control is proposed in this paper. The method is characterised by following three features: (a) full use of the linear sensitivity of the QV subproblem, (b) successful implementation of a fast and effective heuristic search method to provide a corrective strategy with the fewest scheduling, (c) combining with the fast decoupled load flow to guarantee the effectiveness of the strategy. The method has been tested in detail on IEEE-30, 118 and a practical 95 bus systems. The results demonstrate that the proposed method is simple, fast and effective. Furthermore, it will be an important constituent of an expert system for power system reactive power/voltage control.

本文提出了一种用于无功/电压校正控制的启发式搜索方法。其特点是:(i)充分利用QV子问题线性灵敏度特点;(ii)实施快速、有效的启发式搜索以提供校正对策,且确保采用最少调节手段;(iii)辅之快速解耦潮流来保证对策的有效性,对IEEE-30,118以及一个实际的95节点网络进行详细试算,证明该方法简单、快速而有效,进一步将其形成规则,可成为无功/电压控制专家系统的重要组成部分.

The methods of establishing linear programming model of power system reactive power optimization are studied in this paper.Three different approaches for calculation of sensitivity coefficients are shown,and several test systems are calculated using the three methods separately.By analysis and comparson of the results,a simple and reliable method is found.

本文对电力系统无功优化计算中线性规划模型的建模方法进行了研究,给出了三种不同的灵敏度系数求取方法,并分别采用三种方法对一系列实际系统进行了计算,通过对计算结果的分析比较,找到了一种计算简单、结果可靠的线性规划建模方法。

针对电气化铁道牵引供电系统无功电流的特点 ,以人工神经网络动态检测为技术支持 ,提出了应用模糊理论控制投切并联电容的方案。它不仅有效地提高无功电流的补偿质量 ,改善了供电系统的功率因数 ,而且并联电容的成本和投切频率都很低。补偿特性分析证明了该方案性能有效可行 ,是无功补偿的较好方案。
