The article describes the brief principles and experiment methods for soft X-ray scattering measurement and introduces the works for controlling the measurement on the Z-80 microcomputer. This paper describes the practical design and perfermance of the low-noise MES-FET amplifier operating in the range of 17.5-18GHz. The amplifier consists of three cascaded microstrip gain stages and waveguide input/output ports. An noise figure of 4.5dB is obtained with an associated gain of 17dB.

本文叙述在17.5~18GHz频带工作的低噪声场效应晶体管放大器之实用设计及其性能.放大器包括三级级联微带放大电路和波导输入/输出端口,获得了4.5dB的噪声系数和17dB的总增益.
