从天麻种子发芽的原球茎中,共分离到12种可供给天麻种子萌发营养的真菌,其中最优良的01号菌株,诱导培养出子实体,经鉴定为紫萁小菇(Mycena osmundicola Lange),属国内新纪录。用01号菌株及紫萁小菇培养的染菌树叶,伴播天麻种子都可发芽,经酯酶同工酶凝胶电泳分析,二者酶带条数、迁移率(RF值)基本相同,证明鉴定结果可靠(标本保存在医科院药植所真菌研究室)。

As regards i ts effects on citrus, few such reports are available. In order to provide a theoretical basis for its application in citrus culture, experiments were carried out to examine the influence of paclobutrazol treatment on the physiology of citrus plants, especially their photosynthetic characteristics....

Paclobutrazol as a new plant growth retardant can substantially suppress shoot growth in many fruit trees, while increase the fruit set and the yield and raise the photosynthetic capacity of their leaves. As regards i ts effects on citrus, few such reports are available. In order to provide a theoretical basis for its application in citrus culture, experiments were carried out to examine the influence of paclobutrazol treatment on the physiology of citrus plants, especially their photosynthetic characteristics. The experiments were performed on both potted seedlings in a constant-temperature culture room and field seedlings in the orchard of the Zhejiang Agricultural University. Paclobutrazol in the form of white powder of 98.3% a. i. was first dissolved in alcohol, then the liquid was mixed with ethyl alcohol, Tween-80 and water in the ratio of 1:2:4 before being applied. The citrus cultivars that were used in the experiments include, Ponkan (Citrus reticulata cv. Ponkan), Quju-tangerin ( C. tangerina Hort. cv. Quju ) , sweet orange [ C. si-nensis (L.) Osbeck] , and Shaddock [C. grandis (L.)Osbeck] . The fresh and dry weight increments of the separate plant parts in a given growth period were measured. With the 1-year-old seedlings of sat-suma mandarin cultivar Yonezawa ( C. unshiu Marc.cv. Yonezawa) on trifoliate orange, their photosynthetic and respiratory rates,chlorophyll contents and tissue structure of the leaves were compared between different treatments.The increase in photosynthesis and chlorophyll content and the decrease in respiration were evident as a result of paclobu-trazol treatment(Table 2). In the treated plants, the palisade tissues of the leaves became thicker and the sponge tissues were thinner. The palisade tissues were composed of wider cells and possessed one more layer of cells than the control (Table 1, Plate 1). The sugar and starch contents of the 2-year-old orchard seedlings of satsuma mandarin cultivar Miyagawa Wase on trifoliate orange were analyzed by the anth-rone method to reveal the effects of paclobutrazol on plant growth and distribution of assimilates. It was found that their root/top ratios were increased which seemed to be the effect of the treatment on the pattern of assimilate distribution and accumulation (Table 3, 4).

本文报道1983—1987年对危害食用菌的螨类——腐食酪螨的研究。其中包括作者设计的饲养室,螨的生活史研究。螨在菇房内的消长规律,取食方式,危害症状等。最后对实验结果进行讨论,并对该螨的研究与防治提出一些建议。
