The texture of YBCO bulk materials was greatly improved by Na doping, it is attributed to the decrease of partial melting temperature of Ba-Cu-O phase, peritectic point and the variety of melting process of YBCO, which result in a increase of the crystal growth in (ab) plane. It was observed that there is little change on Tc as x <0. 2 for these bulk materials. Tc decreases only when samples are processed in higher temperature and the value of x gets over 0. 2.

本工作研究了Na对粉末烧结的YBCO块体(Y0.3Ba(0.7-x)NaxCuOy)织构的影响.掺Na后YBCO粉末烧结体织构度显著提高,这主要归因于Na使YBCO中出现Ba-Cu-O液相的部分熔化的共晶温度和包晶反应温度降低并使其相应的凝固过程改变,从而促进了YBCO沿(ab)面的生长.对临界温度Tc而言,当x<0.2时对超导转变温度影响不大,x=0.2时Tc在高温烧结处理后有所降低.

The phase structure and high toughness of powder sintered biphase stainless steel and after its ageing have been studied. Results have shown that biphase stainless steel with 18vol% ferrite and austenite can be obtained by adding 4 wt% Si in 316L powder using powder sintering process. After ageing at 800℃, a strip-shaped phase was precipitated along the interface between austenite and ferrite of the biphase stainless steel and that made the hardness of biphase stainless steel increase and plasticity decrease....
