Aim: To observe the characteristics of the bacteria infection or pollution in the soft tissues in maxillofacial wound by high velocity missile. Methods: The maxillofacial regions of dogs were wounded by steel spheres of 1.03g with primary velocity of 1500 m/sec. Aerobe and anaerobe bacteria in the muscle different intervals from wound track edge at different time were cultivated. Rsults: Six hours after wound, there was bacteria infection in the soft tissues between 0 and 0.5 cm from wound track edge. The quantity of infection bacteria obviously increased as the wound time prolonged within 24 hours after wound. The quantity of pollution bacteria in soft tissues beyond 0.5cm from wound track edge was much lower than critical value of bacteria infection. Conclusion: There is obviously bacteria infection in soft tissues within 0.5cm from wound track edge in maxillofacial firearm wound. During the debridement, through removing soft tissues within 0.5 cm from wound track edge, the infection of wound region can be controlled. After debridement, using effective antibiotic is an important measure of controlling infection of wound.

报道自1992~1995年间1130株烧伤创面感染主要菌群变化,G-杆菌对26种抗菌药物的敏感性变化、G+球菌对15种抗菌药物敏感性的变化。结果:G-杆菌占第一位(70.6%),G+球菌占第二位(27.8%),酵母样真菌占第三位且主要以念珠菌属为主。铜绿假单胞菌占G-杆菌分离率的55%;金黄色葡萄球菌占G+球菌分离率的47%。MRSA在金黄色葡萄球菌中的分离率为86%。三代的头孢菌素和单环类β-内酰胺类药物抗菌活性最强。结果:烧伤感染菌的耐药性监测对了解细菌的耐药机制及合理有效应用抗菌药物有重要价值。
