Authors synthesized the aqueous modified-silicone polyurethane solution for leather finishings, and main properties of the emusions and coating films pre-and after-modifications were also determined. Results show in this paper that the film characteristics of dynamics and solvent resistance have greatly improved, if modified with organo-silicon. Leathers finished with the modified finish emulsions give better wet fastness, and smooth and comfortable hands. 1 drawing, 5 tables and 5 refs.

This article has investigated the influence of filler volume concentration(FVC)on the surface energy and mechanical properties of coatings in foe light of the studyof compounding of epoxy, silicone-epoxy, polyurethaneand silicone-polyurethane resins with low surface energyfiller, e. g. PTFE and floro carbonate. It has been foundthat the coating with lower surface energy resins as wellas lower surface energy filler shows poor mechanicalproperties because of the poor interaction at the interface, but the coatings with resins having active groupsshow lower surface energy and better mechanical properties because of the strong bonding reaction at the interface, when the FVC reaches the CFVC (CriticalFiller Volume Concentration).

通过对环氧、有机硅改性环氧树脂和聚氨酯、有机硅改性聚氨酯树脂与低表面能填料聚四氟乙烯及氟化碳酸盐粉末的复合,探讨了填料体积浓度对涂层表面能以及机械性能的影响。发现基料与填料同时具有较低表面能,尤其是基料具有很低表面能时,它们复合得到的涂层由于相界面间的相互作用较差,不能形成良好的机械性能。而活性基团的树脂,其与填料间的相界面处产生牢固结合,在填料体积浓度达到临界颜料体积浓度时,复合涂层具有较低的表面能和良好的机械性能。

The reason of deep dyeable fibre was investigated. Low refractive resins such as silicone polyurethane and fluorocarbon were used alone or mixed to fine denier dyed polyester. Its aim is to improve the shade depth of the fabric, Meanwhile, the mechanism of shade darkening finishing has been suggested.

分析了涤纶细旦织物染深性较差的原因,说明采用低折射率树脂有机硅乳、聚氨酯乳液和有机氟单独或复配对涤纶染色织物进行整理,可以提高表面深度,同时对树脂整理的增深原理进行了初步探讨。
