One of the ways to achieve this aim is to develop a new research field environmental quality of ore deposit. The main research topics of this new discipline are:(1) the environmental quality of mineral deposit, namely the ore types, the concentration, distribution and controls of toxic metals and minerals, orebody structure and surficial changes; (2) classifying the ore deposits from the environmental pollution degrees and establishing the geo environmental model of ore deposit; (3) evaluating the geo environment of mineral deposit; (4) studying and exploring the new ore deposits and new mineral resource types with high economic environmental quality. Facing the new century, the economic geologists have to change their scientific idea and widen the research field. It is valuable to change the aim of metallogenic study from ‘only for explorating new mineral deposits’ to ‘for expolrating new mineral deposits and doing the basic research on mining environmental protection’.

Objectives To investigate the feasibility of using hair as a biological monitoring material for organic chlorine pesticide to survey its environmental pollution degree and load level in human body.Methods Through wet digestion and petroleum ether extraction the organic chlorine in hair was detected with gas phase chromatography(GC).Results The detectable rates were 100 percent whether 666(benzene hexachloride)or DDT(dichloro diphenyl trichloroethane).There was a correlation relationship between environmental pollution level and organic chlorine in hair,but there was no difference of chlorine contents in the different segments of hair in the same individual.Conclusions The determined content of organic chloride in hair could reflect the environmental pollution level by organic chloride and the load level of human body in some degree.

目的 探讨人发作为有机氯农药对环境污染及在人体负荷水平生物监测代表性检材的可行性。方法 用湿法消化、石油醚萃取、气相色谱法测定人发中有机氯农药含量。结果 人发中 666、DDT的检出率均为 10 0 %。各异构体中以 β 666和pp DDE形式为主。环境中有机氯农药污染水平与人发中有机氯含量有相关关系。同一人不同发段中有机氯含量相同。结论 人发中有机氯含量可以反映环境中有机氯污染情况 ,并在一定程度上代表体内负荷水平。

Synthetic regional geochemical investigation has been carried out in many counties at the goals of environmental investigation, mineral resource exploration, land reasonable using and green agriculture. The exploration geochemical circles of Russia and China have conducted geochemical mapping of multipurpose. And other developed and developing countries have also conducted regional geochemical investigation and related research in order to solve their own environmental problems. Studying aspects are as following:①Regulation land reasonable using and regional development programming. Through study of distribution and partitioning laws on beneficial and harmful elements in soil to animals and plants, the proposals are provided for reasonable land using and development programming of studied regions considering characters of geography, geomorphology and landscape.②The investigation of environmental pollution degrees and background values, which involves in the comparison of environmental key factors before and after exploitation of mines, the investigation of environmental background values in soil and water, and evaluation of regional ecological environmental quality.③Forecasting mineralization potentialities of a region; after synthesized processing of anomaly diagrams for mineralization and concomitant elements in different sampling media, composite geochemical anomaly maps may be used for prospecting of mineralization potentiality.④Original geochemical investigation for the purpose of prevention and curing on local endemic diseases and health of animals and plants.⑤The estimation of land fertilization to serve reasonable topdressing and green agricultur through systematic investigation of distribution laws on effective part and contents of major and minor elements in plants. The authors present some suggestions on multipurpose geochemical mapping of China from now based on current international status.

以环境调查、矿产勘探、土地合理利用和绿色农业生产为目的的区域地球化学综合调查工作正在世界各国开展。研究领域有:①制定土地合理使用和区域发展规划;②进行环境污染程度和环境本底值调查;③对研究区成矿潜力进行预测;④进行原生地球化学环境调查,为地方病的防治和动植物的健康服务;⑤对土壤肥力进行评估,为合理施肥和绿色农业服务。结合国内外研究动态,对我国今后开展的多目标地球化学填图提出了一些建议。
