Quantitative determination of the flavonolds in Bee Pollen with colorimetry is described. Bee Pollen was extracted using 70% ethanol. The extract was developed by 5% sodium nitrite, 10% aluminum nitrate and sodium hydroxide test solution. The wavelength of absorbance Is 510 nm.
