The municipal government has, based on the plan, actively carried out an integrated urban land improvement project called Urban Land Consolidation since 1958, by which the irregularly shaped and uneconomically used small land parcels before consolidation have been put into rectangular shape and accessible... The municipal government has, based on the plan, actively carried out an integrated urban land improvement project called Urban Land Consolidation since 1958, by which the irregularly shaped and uneconomically used small land parcels before consolidation have been put into rectangular shape and accessible to roads for optimal use and building purposes, through readjustment of original boundaries by way of integration, exchange, and subdivision of the parcels.
