作者系统地研究了我国多种类型母土上发育的菜园土壤的发生发育特征以及与起源土壤的关系,探讨了菜园土壤的养分富集、肥力演变和污染退化特点。研究表明,菜园土壤随着植菜历史的延长,有机质及各养分元素的含量有明显增加的趋势,其中以速效磷强烈富集和有机质大量积累为最典型的特征。土壤中Zn、Cu、Pb的全量含量和有效态含量均有明显增高的趋势。根据我国菜园土壤资源特点和目前的具体情况提出了管理和持续利用中应注意的问题。

Wetland is a very important natural ecosystem with various service functions and values.It has become an important content of wetland science research to study these functions and values.Wetland ecosystem has its own particular characteristics in the interface,landscape,bio-population and biogeochemical cycle.Among the ecological functions,biodiversity maintaining,CO_2 fixation and region climate comfort,pollution degradation and water decontamination,runoff slowdown,flood and drought control,water resource,biological production resource and social benefits are superior to other functions.There are three main methods to evaluate the value of wetland ecosystem services such as energy value analysis method,physical assessment method and value assessment method.They are respectively applied to evaluating different ecosystems' service.Of the three methods,the value assessment method is the most directly and easily understood and accepted by the public.At the same time,the outputs from this method can be compared with the different types of values.According to the research of Robert Costanza who is an economic ecologist in U.S.A.,the annual value of the world ecosystem services is 33.3 trillion dollars.It is about 1.8 times of the global GNP.The annual value of the wetland ecosystem is 4.9 trillion dollars which is 14.7% of the whole (ecosystem's) value.According to the researches of Chen Zhongxin and Zhang Xinshi,the annual service values of ecosystem,land ecosystem and wetland ecosystem in China are respectively 7.8,5.6 and 2.7 trillion yuan.The service value of wetland is premier in the all ecosystems.By evaluating each function of Zhalong wetland ecosystem,the total monetary value is 156 hundred million yuan.Further researches should be made on assessment method and wetland ecological process in the evaluation of wetland ecosystem services.

In this paper,bioremediation technology of contaminated soil with organic pollutants was summarized,which were technologies of the microorganism remediation,the phytoremediation and the mycorrhiza remediation for contaminated soil,the future developments of these bioremidation technologies were prospected as follows: when the efficient surfactants was used to enhance phytoremediation systems,its optimum doses should be considered;studying on the important role of the rhizosphere exudates in the phytoremediation,seeking the best matching partners between plant and microorganism and the best mycorrhizal funguses to improve pollution degradation.

综述了有机污染土壤生物修复的三种技术,即微生物修复技术、植物修复技术、菌根生物修复技术及其研究现状,并展望了这三种生物修复技术今后的研究方向,如利用表面活性剂提高植物修复效率时,应考虑其最佳使用量;加强研究根分泌物在植物修复土壤污染中的作用;进行植物-微生物联合体筛选技术研究;筛选促进污染物降解的优良菌根菌种等。
