利用拉曼光谱研究了苯乙烯的热聚合反应。根据苯乙烯烯键1632cm~(-1)谱带在热聚合反应中振动强度的变化,以苯环1002cm~(-1)谱带的强度为内标,测试了反应体系中单体浓度随时间的变化,并与经典的化学方法所得结果作了比较。发现两种方法有一定的平行误差,很好地遵从Arrenhnius关系,求得的活化能分别为18.9和19.5 kcal/mol,与文献结果一致。
