对国外的大豆干燥平衡模型和四个薄层模型进行了模拟分析.在一定模拟条件(大豆初始水分含量小于22%,热风温度22~65℃,相对湿度25%~70%)下,对不同模型指示的水分随干燥时间的变化,降水幅度和通风量之间的关系,以及各个薄层模型稳定工作的临界风量指标进行比较,结果表明,White模型在大豆干燥的适宜工作条件下具有广泛的适应性.通过对我国鲁豆5号的干燥试验结果和利用White模型模拟干燥计算结果的分析比较,认为可借用White模型对鲁豆5号进行干燥分析研究.
