It is to be noted that the design has been improved with advanced concepts, strengthen construe- tional features, made better the flexibility of the brick structure, and promoted highly the aseiamatic resis- tance against severe earth quake, and prevented the structure from collapse. as well as made an economical analysis finally.

本文通过一幢7层砖砌体住宅单元的抗震设计,对比了《工业与民用建筑抗震设计规范》(TJ11-78)和《建筑抗震设计规范》(GBJ11-89),在概念设计、水平地震剪力设计值、截面承载力和构造措施等方面进行了对比后进行了经济分析。说明后者概念设计内容增加,构造措施加强,改善了砖砌体的延性,增强了抵御大震、防止结构倒塌的能力,并进行了经济分析。

This paper presents a practical reliability analysis method for plane frame-shear wall struc-tures subjected to earthquake ground motions. A stick model based on the principle of coordinated working of frames and walls and a condensation technique is used for dynamic analysis. A simplified limit analysis procedure is utilized to determine the storey flexural capacity and shear capacity which representing the limit state of structure on the overall performance. In the end,the reliability analysis and numerical results of a seven-storey frame-shear wall structure are given.

本文提出了地面加速度作用下平面框架-剪力墙结构的一个实用的可靠性分析方法。文中根据框架-剪力墙协同工作原理,采用经凝聚后得到的一维杆状模型作为动力分析模型,用工程实际中常用的反应谱来表征地震荷载,采用均值反应谱随机振型分析法直接获得结构反应的统计信息;利用简化的极限分析方法从结构总体性能上确定结构的极限状态和相应的极限承载力;根据首次超越概率理论估计结构的失效概率。最后,应用此方法计算了一幢七层框架-剪力墙结构的可靠度。

Located at Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone,Pudong New Area, New Shanghai International Tower is a comprehensive,intelligent, multi-fuction high-rise office building of reinforced conctete sturcture, totalling 8000m2 in area.Withe 4 storeys underground and a seven-storey podium, the main structure is 39 storeys amounting to a height of 168m above gorund.The present paper a brief account of the super and sub-structural design of this building.

新上海国际大厦位于上海浦东陆家嘴金融开发区,是一幢综合性、智能型多功能的超高层钢筋混凝土建筑。总建筑面积约为80000m2,主楼为39层(不包括塔楼),总高168m。地下室为4层,地上裙房为7层。本文对新上海国际大厦的基础与上部结构的结构设计作一介绍。
