In this paper, using the modulation methods of carrier wave ratio N =15, we do the harmonic analysis,and find that the strong harmonic voltages are weakened more at N=15 than N=9. The windings desired data that is calculated in this paper can not only weaken the strong harmonic air-gas magnetic potential,and also fit the VFSR situation of the medium,lower power electric machine.

为进一步削弱SPWM变频器同步调制、低频时谐波电压强度,本文用载波比N=15的调制模式再度做了谐波分析,在削弱强谐波电压方面,确实比N=9的调制模式[1]有了进一步的改善。同时文中列出的Δ%值计算式比文献[2]能较完整地反映出电机合成气隙磁势的全貌。最后本文试算的绕组期望数据,不仅能有效地削弱强谐波气隙磁势,而且能适应中、小功率电机变频调速的场合。

Use the active magnetic bearings(AMB)to improve the rotary accuracy of Externally pressurized gas bearing,realize improvement of spindle rotary accuracy.Based on this theory,ultra precision gas-magnetic bearing spindle System structure is designed and the dynamics modeling to the Spindle System is carried on,then,we carried on the control system analysis and designed the controller.

利用主动磁轴承来提高气体轴承回转精度,实现主轴回转精度的提高。基于该理论,设计了超精气磁轴承主轴系统结构,对主轴系统进行了动力学建模,并对控制系统进行了分析。
