A method for describing strong coupling systems by weak coupling system method is suggested. Hamiltonian of strong coupling system was transfered into the form of weak coupling system by using unitary transformation, the same transformation was also applied to rf pulses. A 9.6kb/5 adaptive bit allocation subband coding system combined with time-domain taf-monic scaling (TDHS) algorithm has been studied.Three subbands with equivalent bandwidth are designed in the system. Based on the maximum magnitude of the residual signals in each subband, a new effective bit allocation method is proposed. The new adaptive bit allocation and adjustment method reduces greatly calculation load and makes the system simpler.When SBC is combined with TDHS, different frame lengths are used to perform the TDHS and SBC operation. The SNR and subjective quality of the restoring speech has been effectively improved. The bit allocations in the system have been optimized in this study.Simulation results for several typical sentences spoken by males and females show thai: the subjective quality of the 9.6kb/s TDHS + SBC-AB sytem proposed in this paper is better than that of the 16kb/s SBC-AB system.The system can generate natural speech with good quality.

本文提出了一种新型的9.6kb/s时域谐波压扩(Time Domain Harmonic Scaling,简称TDHS)与自适应比特分配(Adaptive Bit Allocation,简称AB)子带编码(Subband Coding,简称SBC)系统(TDHS+SBC—AB),该系统采用了三子带等带宽子带编码。文中提出了一种根据各子带余量信号的最大幅度进行自适应比特分配的算法,并提出了一种新的比特调整方法,减少了运算量,简化了系统。本文还提出了以不同的帧长分别进行TDHS处理和SBC编码的新编码结构,有效地改善了重建语音的质量。并对系统的比特分配进行了优化。对典型汉语测试语句的计算机模拟结果表明,本文所设计的系统的重建语音主观质量优于已有的16kb/s SBC—AB系统,重建语音的自然度和清晰度都较高。

本文简要地阐述了多目标最优化的数学原理,并以平均吸光度A和相关系数R为目标,采用复合形法对Mo-BPR-CTAB显色体系的实验条件进行了优化考察。本法用了伪随机数和K~2=n~2构成复合形的初始顶点,同时采用惩罚因子,按去劣存优的原则进行迭代计算,获得一组最佳的实验条件,结果满意。本法可用于有约束的多目标多因素的最优化。
