When the converter, used for HVDC transmission, is connected to a weak a.c. power system, the filters and static condensers on its a.c. side also supply a considerable amount of additional commutating current, which is usually neglected in the case of converter connecting to strong power system. Taking into account the effect of this additional commutating current, the commutation process is accelerated, so that in the performance analysis of converters connected to weak system this effect must be considered....

Taking into account the effect of this additional commutating current, the commutation process is accelerated, so that in the performance analysis of converters connected to weak system this effect must be considered. In this paper the experimental results obtained on a physical model are presented. The results are analysed in detail. By comparison of the analytical and experimental results, it is revealed that the method here proposed for calculating the performance of the conveterts connected to a weak power system is satisfactory for general design work.

当直流输电的换流器接在弱交流系统运行时,其交流侧的调谐滤波器和无功补偿静电电容器也会提供一部份为数不小的换相电流。但是在换流器运行于强系统情况下这个换相电流分量通常小到可以忽略不计。由于这部份换相电流的作用加速了接于弱系统换流器的换相过程,并使换相角减小。因此在分析和计算它的工况时,如果仍沿用接于强系统的计算方法,而不考虑这部份电流的作用势必引起很大的差错,为了探讨滤波器和静电电容器参与换相过程的作用,在进行原理分析的同时,还利用直流输电动态摸拟系统做了一系列试验。根据分析和试验结果提出了的接于弱系统换流器工况简化计算方法,可用于一般设计计算。

Abstract Aiming at the weak power meeting market of State-owned enterprises, this essay puts forward 8 countermeasures as follows: first, separating the functions of operating State assets from its management ones; second, setting up the entrustment choosing mechanism of State assets governors and managers and carrying out the responsibility for governing State assets with specific persons; third, grasping the chance of building modern enterprise system, realize the re-composing of State assets, forth, opening up wider, recruiting merchants and attracting foreign capital,and improving State assets re-composing and changing operational mechanism;fifth,transfering government functions and creating the basic government's behaviour points conforming to market econmic demand; sixth, gradually relieving the historical debt burden with State-owned enterprises; seventh, building social security system and resolve the problem of arranging the surplus staff in State-owned firms; eighth, the centre and provincial departments guide State-owned firms classifiedly and adopt various policies for various kinds of State-owned enterprises.

文章认为,目前国有企业活力不足,市场适应力弱的主要原因是;国有资产经营管理体制不顺,大家都管都不负责的局面尚未根本改观;优秀经营者的产生缺乏机制性保障,经营责任不落实的状况较为普遍;政府对企业行政干预过多,引导、服务较少;社会保障体系不健全,企业的历史包袱过重。从治本的角度出发,本文认为提高国有企业市场适应能力的关键是改制转机,并围绕企业内部、政府和社会环境三个方面,提出了八条对策措施:(1)将国有资产经营与管理职能分开,理顺国有资产经营管理体制;(2)建立国有资产管理者、经营者的分层委托选拔机制,把国有资产的经营管理责任落实到人头;(3)以建立现代企业制度为契机,实现国有资产的重新组合;(4)扩大对外开放,搞好招商引资,并以此促进国有资产的重新组合和经营机制的转换;(5)转换政府职能,确立符合市场经济运行要求的政府行为基点;(6)逐步解除国有企业的历史债务负担;(7)建立社会保障体系,妥善解决国有企业富余人员的安置问题;(8)中央和省有关部门对国有企业实行分类指导,针对不同类型的国有企业采取不同对策。本报告的这些建议,已引起四川省和中央有关部门的重视,有的已决定采纳。

A systematical study is made of the structure and properties N octyl aminomethyl acrylate(SF 8). Measurement is carried out of its ultraviolet spectrum characteristics, isoelectric point, surface activity and frothering performance. The results of flotation test show that at natural pH value, SF 8 has stronger collective power for quartz and garnet, but very weak power for fluor and hematite. In flotation separation of fluor quartz garnet mixture or hematite quartz mixture, satisfactory results...

The adsorption of SF 8 on the surface of silicate is attributed to the cehlation produced mainly by electrostatic force and then hydrogen bond.

系统地研究了N-辛烷基-β-氨基丙酸甲酯(SF8)的结构与性能,对其紫外光谱特性、等电点、表面活性及起泡性能进行了检测。浮选试验结果表明,在自然pH条件下,SF8对石英和石榴子石具有较强捕收能力,而对萤石和赤铁矿捕收能力很弱;对萤石-石英-石榴子石及赤铁矿-石英人工混合矿进行浮选分离,获得了满意结果,表明SF8是一种高选择性的脱硅浮选捕收剂。机理研究表明,SF8在硅酸盐矿物表面的吸附,是以静电力为主并附有氢键的螯合作用
