The relative order of catalytic activity of these three metals for the anodic oxidation of IPAB, evaluated by the characteristic potential values at an anodic current density of 1.0× 10-4A/cm2, is Ni>Au>Pt.
It explains that Cu tends to be the most reluctant to form an adiabatic shear band, while 0.06C steel forms the band most readily among the three metals.
The dependence of the enhancement factor of Raman scattering on different incident energy at resonance was studied and that on surface roughness of the three metals with the excitation of 0.89 eV was brought forward.
The results showed that the ranges of contents in surface sediments were Cu 46.98~63.21 mg/kg,Zn 241.21~301.76 mg/kg and Cr 40.55~83.42 mg/kg respectively. The average containing values of these three metals were 56.93,259.09,61.82 mg/kg respectively.
The results show that compared with other algaes, Haematococcus pluvialis holds higher endurance to these three metals, especially to lead . The favorable condition to improve its growth, which is Cu2+:10-3~10-5 mg·L-1, Zn2+:10-1~10-3 mg·L-1,Pb2+:5~10 mg·L-1 respectively, is also higher .
Each of the three metals (Zr, Hf, W) was added into the ZrB2/ZrC/SiC ultrahigh temperature ceramics with inherent brittleness in order to improve the ductility of these ceramics.
Under the condition of optimum combination, a Candida sp. was found, having uptake capacity order of Cd 2+ >Cu 2+ >Ni 2+ to the three metals adsorbability of per gram live cells is 17.23mg>10.57mg>3.2mg respectively.
The presence of trace levels of these three metals not only reduced the adsorption rate of organic matters but also the chemical oxygen demand adsorption capacity (CAC) of the activated sludge.
The equilibria between calcium carbide and liquid lead, tin and silver at 850℃, 950℃ and 1050℃ under an argon atmosphere have been investigated. From the equilibrium data obtained, the activity coefficients of calcium in the aforementioned liquid metals have been evaluated. It has been found that the calcium content of the liquid metals in equilibrium with calcium carbide and graphite increases as the temperature is lowered. Of the three metals studied, tin has been found to contain ...
This paper presents the results obtained from the study on the recovery of indium, germanium and gallium from zinc leaching residues in zinc hydrometallurgy plant. The proposed process flowsheet consists of counter-current acid leaching-P204 extraction of indium—P204 and C5-9 hydroxamic acid synergetic extraction of germanium and gallium. This process has been proved to be successful by continuous pilot plant test. The extraction rates of indium, germanium and gallium are~100%, 99.6% and 97.1% and the back ...
Based upon the thermodynamic and kinatic study for the adsorption of Cr(Ⅲ),Cu(Ⅱ) and Hg(Ⅲ)on mineral clays,We employed the meth-amatical statistics in designing the experiment of 7 parameters with two levels per parameter system for adsorption As a result the adsorption ability for heavy metals on mineral clays, was significant deffercnt in various systems.According to the best probability of fixation for these three metals on mineral clay(multiple system),the mean turbidity and the dischar...
