The serious problem for ordinary low density c em ent slurry to cement production casing is lower cement stone compressive strengt h, high fluid free volume, bad slurry stability etc., it can not meet the demand of production casing cementing operations. To protect oil and gas formation and enhanced the cementing quality, by deepening research and taking new technology , optimizing cement, mix-up material and additives, the new high strength low-de nsity slurry system was developed. In addition, by taking new technology, enhanc ing technical method, successfully overcame a series of problems during the prod uction casing cementing operations. By used over 40 different production casing cementing include China No. 1 scientific exploration well, deep wells which over 4000 meters, coal bed methane wells and shallow viscous oil well's cementing op erations, once cementing successful rate was 100%, quality excellent rate was 90 .5%, achieved the satisfied results.

常规低密度水泥浆固井中存在水泥石抗压强度低、水泥浆游离液含量大、浆体稳定性差等突出问题,满足不了油层固井需要。为保护油气层、提高固井质量,通过深入研究,从筛选和优化水泥、外掺料及配伍外加剂入手,开发了高强度低密度水泥浆体系;并通过采取新工艺、强化技术措施,有效解决了油层固井中遇到的一系列问题,在中国科探1井、4000 m以上深井、煤层气井以及浅层稠油井等40余口井进行了油层固井作业,固井一次成功率100%,质量优良率90.5%,达到了满意的效果。

Because the cementing slurry formulated by BFS has properties of adjustable low density, high strength, low fluid loss, zero free water, good thixotropy, adjustable thickening time and no contraction after set, it may be extensively utilized in the job of cementing in conventional and complex oil & gas wells. This paper presents a summary of the BFS and its properties, selection of the BFS, properties of the BFS slurry, formulation of the BFS slurry as well as the method of field application. Furthermore, this paper takes a case of production casing cementing with BFS in Jilin oilfield as an example to expound the quality of cementing with BFS slurry. The CBL demonstrates the application of BFS slurry in production casing cementing in Jilin oilfield made an excellent job of cementing.

水淬高炉矿渣(BFS)是炼铁厂的副产品,具有水硬性质,目前已广泛用于建筑水泥———矿渣水泥的生产。在我国,BFS大量应用于石油固井业始于20世纪90年代中期。由于用BFS配制的固井液具有密度低、密度范围可调、强度高、滤失量小、无游离水、触变性好、稠化时间可调、无体积收缩等特点,可广泛用于常规和复杂油气井固井。文章概述了BFS固井液及其性质、BFS的筛选、BFS固井液的性能、BFS固井液的配制及现场施工方法,并以吉林油田油层套管BFS固井为例,对BFS固井液的固井质量进行了阐述。实践表明,吉林油田油层套管采用BFS固井,CBL测井表明固井质量优质。
