We discovered that the maximum magnetic field strength was more than 700G, and discussed possibility of the electric measuring method in the strong magnetic field.It was found that in the strong magnetic field, owing to the magnetizing of the sensor, the signal output was on the high side at the beginning of the electric measurement, the deviated value related to the magnetic field strength. It would be 3.6%, when the magnetic field strength was 20G, and would be 31.8% when the magnetic field strength was 400G. After the magnetization reached saturation the signal output was tending to the normal value, the deviation value was only about 1%. The time of the necessity of the magnetizing process related to magnetic field strength, the time of the magnetization was about 10 minutes when the magnetic field strength was 20G, but the time of the magnetizaton was about an hour when the magnetic field strength was 400G. All results of the electric measurement on the same load's were the same, varying in the magnetic field of different strength.These discoveries are most inspiring, because they indicates the electric measuring method is entirely possible in the strong magnetic field, and there are no needs to adopt any antimagnetic measures.Besides, this article interprets aforementioned results in theory, and suggests matters needing attention while electric measurements are carried out in strong magnetic field.

It is a trial effort that uses eccentric degree of piston to check the alignment in the chute of cyl- inder and cross head instead of conventional method with wire rop. The article analysis all factors that influences eccentric degree through actual measured data. Sach method ran successfully and got stabile effects for the many kind of hydeogen compressors installations in Najing refinary.
