三九地区铀矿化类型主要为花岗岩热液脉型和碎裂蚀变岩型。成矿热液活动由早阶段到晚阶段在空间上似具有由高向低、氧逸度具由低到高的演变特征。岩体的自变质和碱交代作用及其外接触带的气化热力变质作用是成矿元素(铀)的活化、迁移及预富集的重要成矿地质作用;热液沸腾、交代蚀变及环流冷却是主要的铀成矿作用机制。
