以PE/EVA共混体系为基本原料,制备了特种珠光微泡膜.研究了原料配比、工艺参数对这种微泡膜性能的影响,并与普通聚乙烯薄膜进行了性能比较.结果表明:利用普通的吹膜设备可以生产出性能优良的PE珠光微泡膜,其各项性能指标均达到普通PE薄膜水平,且具有普通PE薄膜所没有的珠光效果和柔韧的手感,同时可节省原材料20%左右,降低成本约15%.
