The object of our studies was to gather evidence for differentiating inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS)activity during an experimental infection with the Eimera tenella .The relationships with time and dose effect of iNOS activity in the cecal mucosa of broilers after inoculation of sporulated oocysts were examined.A total of 45 one day old broilers were fed with starter feed under exprimental condition for 2 weeks.In time effective ness experiment,the 5 control broilers were killed as soon as the expriment started ,and other 40 broilers were inoculated with 1.0×10 4 sporulated oocysts each,and then 5 experimental broilers were killed for each 24h post inoculation (PI)for examining iNOS activity of cecal mucosa by spectrophotometry method in successive 8 days.The results showed in comparison with the control,there were significant differences of iNOS activities at different time points PI ( P <0.01).The maximum activity appeared at 96h PI(23.70±7.65);in the dose effective ness experiment,40 broilers were inoculated with different doses of sporulated oocysts respectively:there were 0,0.5×10 4,1.0×10 4,1.5×10 4,2.0×10 4,2.5×10 4,3.0×10 4,3.5×10 4per chicken,iNOS activity was examined by the same method at the time with maximum iNOS activity detected in the experiment of time effective relationship after PI. The results indicated that the enzyme activity was various in different dose groups and that it was significantly higher than that of the cohtrol,The highest iNOS activity(23.37±8.32) was found in the dose group of 2.5×10 4.

为探讨氟对鸡甲状腺摄碘功能的影响 ,选用 2 5 0只Ⅰ日龄蛋鸡 ,随机分为 5组 ,每组 5 0只 ,饲喂相同的全价日粮。第Ⅰ组 :正常对照组 ,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组在日粮中添加不同水平的氟化钠 ,使日粮中氟的含量分别为 5 0 0 ,10 0 0 ,15 0 0 ,2 0 0 0mg/kg,实验期为 15 0d。每隔 30d采集血样 ,测定血清中氟含量、甲状腺中碘含量 ,观察试验鸡的临床表现。结果表明 ,成功地复制出了不同程度的鸡慢性氟中毒模型 ;实验鸡日粮含碘量正常。各中毒组甲状腺中碘含量在整个实验期内均不同程序地低于对照组 ,呈明显的剂量 -效应时间 -效应关系。甲状腺中碘含量变化和相应时期的血清氟含量间呈显著的负相关 (r=- 0 .814)。说明氟能明显地抑制甲状腺摄取和聚集碘的能力 ,干扰碘的正常代谢 ,进而影响整个甲状腺的结构和功能
