The present work was undertaken with an attempt to study the ultrastructural changes of two wheat varieties which differ from each other in cold resistance.The plants of these two different varieties were cultivated under the same environmental conditions.For comparative studies,materials of these two varieties were collected at the same t ne and made preparations with the same technique for electron microscopy. The main results obtained are summarized as follows: 1.In the prime stage of tillering,the pores of the nuclear membrane of both the winter and the spring varicties were widely open,while the chromatic and nucleolar materials were observed to traverse the pores into the cytoplasm.When winter ar- rived.with the temperature dropping the nuclear pores of the hardy winter wheat gradually disappeared,and those of the nonresistant spring wheat,however,remained open.It showed that there must be a close correlation between the behaviour of the nuclear pores and the physiological activities of the plants.The authors have con- sidered that the behaviour of the nuclear pore may have an important bearing on the cessation of the cell division and growth activity and on the causality of the develop- ment of cold resistance in wheat plants at low temperature. 2.A phenomenon of zipper-like arrangement of the proplastids occurred in young leaf cells of the hardy wheat in the winter period,but under the same condition no such phenomenon was found in those of the non-resistant variety. 3.As the temperature fell in the late autumn or early winter,the wheat plants were in hardened condition,the mitochondria of the winter wheat increased in size and changed in form,as protrusions and invaginations of various shapes appeared with a tendency of the protrusion of one mitochondria inserting into the invagination of the other.The number of the mitochondrial cristae also increased.In the spring wheat, however,there were no such changes in the mitochondria.

本文是采用电子显微镜技术,观察了两个抗寒性不同的小麦品种在进入寒冬时期,细胞亚显微结构的变化,主要结果如下:1.在活跃生长的分蘖盛期,无论是抗寒的冬小麦或不抗寒的春小麦,它们的细胞核膜都呈现相当大的孔或开口,并清楚地观察到具有 DNA 的染色质物质和具有 RNA 的核仁物质通过核膜孔道从核转移到细胞质中。当小麦进入寒冬季节时,抗寒的冬性品种的核膜开口随着温度的降低而逐渐关闭,但不抗寒的春性品种的核膜开口却依然张开着。此种情况表明,核膜开口的动态与植物的生理活性有着密切的关系。作者认为,核膜开口的这种动态,对于小麦在低温下停止细胞分裂和生长活动,增进抗寒能力,可能起着一定的关键性的控制作用。2.抗寒的冬性品种进入冬天寒冷季节时,其幼叶细胞中的前质体发生相互嵌合的拉链现象,而在同样条件下未能增强抗寒力的春小麦,则没有产生此种现象。3.抗寒的冬小麦品种在秋末冬初的低温锻炼下,线粒体的体形增大,并发生一定的变形——产生突起或内陷,呈现可能彼此嵌合的趋势,线粒体中的内脊数目也有所增加;与此同时,春小麦的线粒体没有发生这种变化。

In present paper a randomness model of studying some technological the- ories in ore dressing is presented, using the methods of Markvoiuan process in con- nection with time continuance, limited state and homogenous vime: And some ex- perimental tests has been made.

In this paper,an interpolation,which give a new method of studying nume-rical distribution of environmental factors in grassland is used.Accoding to ourresearch purpose,we choose an isosceles triangle shaped or a square shaped areaor a rectangular shaped area, which can be divided into whole number timesof an isosceles triagle. we divide the two regular angle sides of the triangleinto n+1 spots, they are at a same distance from each orher,the intersects ofthe parallel lines, which pass throgh the spots of the regular angle sides ofthe triangle, from a square net.The boundary spots of the square net are ourspecially designated sampling spots, altogether 3n spots. the spots inside thesquare net are 1/2 (n-3n+2) altogether. The main idea of the method is that, the distributed value of some envi-ronmental factors on any spot inside the square net can be interpolated bydetermining the values of same environmental factors of the boundary spotsof the regular triangle. The authors collect some soil samples in the light of the method in thearea of west suburban of Huhehot, we determine the value of the contents ofCu、Pb、Zn in the soil samples.The result shows the value of the content ofCu、Pb、Zn in the sampling locations calculated by this interpolation form-ula and the value of the contents of Cu、Pb Zn in the samples measured inpractical experiments coinside with each other very well respectively.the res-ult proves that the method not only practical but also effective. It is especially usefull for the areas (such as marshland and forest),coll-ecting samples on the boundary spots of these areas much easier than on thespots inside the areas.The precision of the method is better when it is usedfor the areas (grassland、forest、etc. ) in which the variations of the envi-ronmental factors increase or decreas smoothly. The shortcoming of the formula for the special pattern of population inplant communities used by some people is overcomed, which contains negtiveterms. Compared with the traditional statistical methods,the advantage of the me-thod is that, it is not necessary to know the numerical distribution functionof the environmental factors.

由于天然或人为的原因,许多草原环境因子的数量分布不是随机而是成斑块状的。因此用统计方法研究它们往往行不通。本文介绍一种用三角边界插值方法研究草原环境因子数量分布的方法。该方法不会插出负值,因此优于文[1]、[2]中所用的插值公式。
