In addition, a solution is given for the problem where the slower ship is an evader. This case was not solved in [3]. The obtained results show that the method used in this paper is effective and the above two regions are meaningful for practical use.

本文以定性和定量微分对策理论为依据,研究了大型船舶之间的碰撞避免问题。通过采用“有限时间局部捕捉区”的概念和“集合覆盖法”,发现了一种新性质的曲线——半开关曲线,并得到了危险区和局部危险区。此外,本文还对一类尚未解决的慢船躲快船的碰撞避免问题给出一种解答。这些结果表明,本文所使用的方法是有效的,所得到的两种区域是有实际意义的。

The following new results are obtained, the singular surfaces are analysed in more details than that in [2] and the partial capture regions are constructed more completely for the right and left half target set; both the capture and "danger" regions are divided into several subregions for different ((?). (?)); for any state the "time to go" can be determined by the partial capture regions; the region of "simultaneous kill" is obtained; the effects of altering parameters are discussed.These results show that our method is effective, and it can be used to solve some other relevant problems.

本文继续用文献[1,2]中“有限时间局部捕捉区”的概念,分析“双目标微分对策”(或角色二重性)问题,并得到下列新结果:较文献[1,2]更详尽地分析了奇异曲面,分别对于左、右两半目标集得到更为完整的局部捕捉区;得出在捕捉区及“危险区”内控制((?),(?))的划分区域;由局部捕捉区可确定任意点处的“捕捉时间”;找出“互相格杀”的区域;讨论了参数变化的影响。由这些结果可以看出,用“有限时间局部捕捉区”的概念,解这类问题是有效的,亦可能用来解其它有关问题。

The paper is intended to expound on the neotectonic movements in Shandong Penisula and the character stics of seismic activities there in history, especially since the 70's. On the basis of the interdependence between them, four seismic belts and four seismic danger regions are delimited in the area under the jurisdiction of Yantai and Weihai. The paper is intended to expound on the neotectonic movements in Shandong Penisula and the character stics of seismic activities there in history, especially since the 70's. On the basis of the interdependence between them, four seismic belts and four seismic danger regions are delimited in the area under the jurisdiction of Yantai and Weihai. The intensity of the moderately strong earthquakes in the Penisula and its vicinity has been estimated; the analyses of the depth and media of focuses, the advent characteristics as well as the crust structure therein have shown that the quakes within the region were crustal shallow-focus ones, and the concentrated positions were i) at a depth of about 17 km in the sialsphere just above the interface; ii) at a depth of 20—25 km in the simasphere just below the intrface. The current stress field of the crust, the general movement tendency and the causes of the quakes in the Penisula were inferred based on the plate tectonics. With reference to the recorded earthquake intensities and the seimogeological circumsta"nces in the Penisula, and by comparison with its vicinity, it can be predicted that in scores of years to come, the moderately strong quakes would be 6—6.5 on Richter Scale, with the intensity of the epicenter area seldom stronger than Ⅸ degrees. In the Zhifu District of Yantai and the Huancui District of Weihai, the seismic intensity to be caused by the quakes in the danger regions in the scores of years to come would be Ⅶ degrees approximately.

本文阐述了山东半岛的新构造运动及有史载以来、特别是自七十年代以来地震活动特点。以其相互依存的关系,在烟台、威海市辖区内划出了四条地震带和四处地震危险区。对半岛及其邻区中强地震的地震烈度进行了推测。结合半岛的地壳结构,对近二十年来上百次有感地震进行了震源深度、震源解质、发震特点作了分析,区内地震属壳内浅源地震,发震密集层位——是在深17公里的硅铝层与硅镁层分解面上部硅铝层中,另一是在其分解面下部约20—25公里的硅镁层中。从板块运动的观点出发,推断了半岛地壳的现代应力场、半岛地区的运动总趋势及其地震发生原因。参考史载地震强度,半岛地区地震地质环境,并与邻区进行类比,推测各地震危险区在未来几十年内,发生的中强地震为里氏6—6.5级,极震区的地震烈度通常不会超过Ⅸ度。烟台市芝罘区、威海环翠区,未来几十年内由地震危险区地震所波及的地震烈度约Ⅶ度左右。
