In this paper, the alkali reduction kinetics in the blast furnace slag containing fluorine has beenstudied and the test program was planned by second degree regression orthogonal method. Accordingto the test results, it is shown that increasing the slag basicity, slag temperature and content of CaF_2in the slag may promote the reduction of alkali oxide. Based on the mathematical treatment of theseresults the regression equation has been given. It may be used to calculate the reaction rate consta-nts for reduction of potassium oxide with different basicity, temperature and CaF_2 content of slag.Based upon the data, it may be concluded that the reduetion of alkali oxide in slag is the reactionof first order and its reaction rate is controlled by the interface chemical reaction. For dealkaliniza-tion reaction, the apparent activation energy has been determined in the range of 35.9--122.8 kcal/moland it is increasing with the decreasing basicity and CaF_2 content in slag. The reaction rate ofpotassium oxide is greater than sodium oxide by 8.8 times. The authors of this paper have suggesteda rational formula to express the total alkali load in blast furnace. By systematic analysing of thetest results, a mathematical statistics model to calculate the circulating alkali store in furnace hasbeen established.

本文利用二次回归正交设计方法设计了试验方案。研究了含氟高炉渣中碱金属还原动力学。试验结果指出,增加炉渣碱度,提高温度和渣中CaF_2含量可以加速碱金属还原速度。得出计算在不同碱度,炉渣温度和CaF_2含量条件下氧化钾还原反应速度常数的回归方程。还原是一级反应,处于化学动力学控制范围。其表观活化能在35.9~122.8kcal/mol之间,它随炉渣碱度和 CaF_2含量的降低而增加。在条件相同时,氧化钾的还原速度是氧化钠的8.8倍,建议用(K_2O+0.113Na_2O)kg/t来表示总碱负荷。在实验研究的基础上,建立了在实际操作中可以应用的计算控制炉内碱金属循环积蓄的数学统计模型。
