发电厂补水率的大小,直接影响电厂运行的经济效益和安全性,同时也反映出发电厂运行技术的管理水平。针对郑州新力供热电厂补水率大的原因:供热回水无法回收、减温减压器的正常疏水损失、高压除氧器排氧门开度过大等,对相关的系统及设备进行改进,同时对运行调整方式进行优化,使全厂的补水率有了较大幅度的下降,提高了运行管理水平和发电经济效益,消除了不安全因素。另外,对暂时不能解决的问题,也提出了建议。
