提出并证明了以太网设备连接判定定理.以此为基础提出了一种高效的以太网自动拓扑发现算法.与已有的以太网拓扑测量技术相比,该算法不要求网桥具有完备的转发表信息,也不需要网桥满足转发表的最小知识要求,具有适用范围广的优点.基于该算法实现的拓扑发现程序在实际网络中可以准确获得不同网络环境下的拓扑图,验证了算法的正确性.
