The paper has made an approach to the problem in the study of theory of oi supply on gear lubrication and in the course of its application in the countries all over the world. The paper has made an approach to the problem in the study of theory of oi supply on gear lubrication and in the course of its application in the countries all over the world. It puts emphasis the discussion on the influence of oil supply onl the lubrication effect and the cooling effect of gear drive. The view point is proposed in the paper that the influence of the amount of oil on gear lubrication effect should be the storage amount of oil on two meshing tooth faces at incipient meshing, rather than the amount of oil supply, and that the optimum amount of oil supply used for powerfully cooling the meshing tootn faces should be a variable dependent upon the operating conditions of gears, and independent of friction thermoloss in the course of gear tooth engagement. On the basis of the above-mentioned view points, the ideas of the storage amount of oil and the equivalent angle of oil supply as well as all the corresponding calculating eguations are presented here. For the first time, oil bath, oil injection and centrifugal lubrication are classified as one and the same calculating method which has provided a new way for the study on theory of oil supply.

本文针对当前各国在齿轮润滑的供油理论研究及应用中存在的问题进行了探讨。着重讨论了供油对齿轮传动的润滑效果及冷却效果的影响问题。提出了影响齿轮润滑效果的油量应为啮合前期两啮合齿面上的存油量而不是供油量的观点;以及用于啮合齿面进行有效冷却的最佳供油量,应是一个取决于齿轮运转工况的变量,并与齿轮传动摩擦热损耗无关的观点。基于上述观点,提出了存油量、当量供油角等概念及相应的计算公式。首次把油浴、喷油、离心润滑统一为同一计算方法,为供油理论研究提供了一个新途径。

本文概述了风冷柴油机传热过程的特点及热负荷的评定方法。对建立计算风冷柴油机气缸套温度场和热流分布的边界条件,进行了实际和理论上的探讨,提出了以工作过程为基础,用变区间积分方法计算沿气缸套高度燃气放热系数分布规律,并建立了相应的经验公式。按此方法所获得的温度计算值和实测值相比,误差在工程允许范围之内。文中所论及的研究方法和初步结果可为风冷柴油机热负荷预测提供依据。

Experimental and analytical results of the performance of a variable

本文对向心式透平变截面无叶蜗壳的特性和变截面涡轮增压器与发动机的匹配试验进行了分析研究。结果表明:改变无叶蜗壳通道截面积,能够调节蜗壳出口流场参数,扩展其变工况运行范围,从而有效地改善了车用发动机的低速扭矩储备和高速过度增压的现象,扩展了发动机的可用转速范围,改善了发动机的动力性能。
