The emphasises put on the discussion of the effect of the rolling velocity on the rolling process.Some new results,which are difficult to obtained by other methods, are obtained. The analysis above express that the forward slip increases with increasing of rolling velocity.

本文用刚-粘塑性有限元法成功地模拟了速率敏感材料的稳态轧制过程,轧制力的计算结果与实测结果吻合良好,文章着重分析了轧制速度对轧制过程的影响,得到了一些其他分析方法难以获得的结果。分析表明,随轧制速度的提高,前滑值也随之增大。

The article applied the method of“Limited Unit”to Calculate the appratus frame,analytically in comparion with the traditional method of mechanics calculation as well as on-the spot measurement,made it possiole ot handle the stress and strain of the appratus frame more sccurately. It develops a better result in controlling the mechanical property and sheet shape in thin-steel-strap rolling production.
