The opening extent of Chinese mainland market, and the comparative advantages owned respectively by Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao are the basic element that determines the development of the economy and trade relationship between Chinese mainland and the two districts. Based on these facts, the paper divides the history of PRC into three stages: the goods trade oriented stage, the stage of direct investment together with goods trade, and the stage of liberalized investment and trade. It analyzes two achievements derived from district economy cooperation, and points out the coming changes after subscription and implement of CEPA, which include the mode, contents and mechanism of Chinese mainland (or Guangdong provine) cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao.

中国内地市场开放程度和内地与港澳地区的比较优势是决定中国内地与港澳经贸关系发展和演进的基本要素。文章以此为依据,将中华人民共和国成立后中国内地与港澳之间经贸关系的发展划分为货物贸易主导、直接投资和货物贸易并进、贸易与投资自由化三个阶段,分析了区域经济合作的两大成果,指出了CEPA签署和实施后内地与港澳地区以及粤港澳之间在合作模式、合作内容和合作机制方面将会发生的新变化。
