In this paper, the relation between the parameters of PI regulator with output characteristic limited amplitude and the dynamic performance of the system-overshoot σ%, dynamic speed drop S_m% and settling time t_s-is discussed in detail. Then the method and formulation of the parametric selection of PI regulator are given. For the convenience of site regulation of the double closed-loop drive system the effects of the change of parameters of the speed ragulator on the overshoot σ%, dynamic speed drop S_m% and settling time t_s are also analyzed.In this paper, the double closed-loop drive system is simulated by an electronic analog computer. The theoretical calculation in the main agrees with experimental result.

The purpose of this study is to obtain smooth biting, steady tension and to lower the off gage length of head end. By thickening the head end, the smooth biting can be made, but it is still necessary to have a corresponding speed setting model to coordinate with it. Considering the actual conditions such as establishment of tension, the delay time and thickness yariation, static and dynamic speed drop of driving system and the roll gap adjustments of the stands etc., as a result in this paper the computation problem of the dynamic speed setting of the threading process has been solved using the equation of tension of tandem rolling. This speed setting model has been proved to be adequate by the computer simulation, and the expected results have been obtained, it should be noted that this model can be used in trial production and further improvement is expected.

Through structural analyses of the hydraulic stepless speed changer of series 12 PSY fuel injection pump test bench, which enjoys the largest quantity in exlstant at home, the cause for speed drop of the test bench has been found out so that effective measures maybe taken to tackle the problem of speed drop in the process of manufacture, operation and maintenance.

本文通过对目前国内保有量最大的12PSY系列喷油泵试验台的液压无级变速器的结构分析,找出试验台产生降速值的原因。以便在制造、使用、维修过程中,针对试验台降速问题采取有效措施。
