After application ofElectronic Fuel Injection (EFI) and Three-Way-Catalyst (TWC) in gasoline engine, more than 90% of CO, NOX, THC emitted from the engine is reduced.
An electronic control system for throttle body fuel injection automotive engines has been designed and developed by using a model 8031 of series MCS-51 monolithic processor.
Japan Mitsubishi MONTERO SPORT LS off-road motor vehicle assembled with 6G72 gasoline engine (V6,3.0 L and multi point gasoline injection),the engine is fitted with ECM(engine computer managing)system.
Under the Windows environment, combined fuzzy technology and multi-media technology to develop trouble examining expert system on gasoline jet engine, used by car maintenance enterprise, it has good reflect, so this system has some spreading and application value.
With the system, a car with electronic controlling gasoline jet is modified into a bi-fuel car with CNG and gasoline, and a lot of optimized matching is conducted for the two fuels supplying units. When the car uses CNG as fuel, its emission indexes reach the standard of Europe 2, and its power and economic indexes all meet the industrial standards.
Emerging and bursting of cavitation in the cavity above pump delivery valve, in injection pipe, and in fuel trough of injector of the fuel injection system were observed and mechanism of cavitation were discussed.
Two types of cavitation, long living time cavitation and short living time cavitation, in the cavity above pump delivery valve of diesel fuel injection system were observed.
This paper presents a prenciple and several kinds of typical construction of which gasoline injection system achieves layer-built combustion with gasoline. In recent years, some countries adopt layer-built combustion with gasoline in order to achieve high power, low fuel consumption and low exhaust pollution. It mainly points out how to achieve this goal in gasoline injection by electronic-control .
The construction, working principles and software of an electronic controlled multi-point fuel injection system are presented in this paper. The achievement in applying this system to the B J492Q petrol engine is described as well.
The construction and performance of injectors in an electronic controlled gasoline injection system are presented in this paper. The effect of the construction, injection forms and actuated circuit on the engine performance is studied, and a problem of carbon deposit on injectors is also discussed.
