本文根据煤雾爆燃理论,讨论了挥发分很低(2~4%)的浮选煤的着火与稳燃问题.指出在直流燃烧器出口加装钝体能强化初始阶段的燃烧、造成烟气回流,有利于煤粉的着火与稳燃.试验证明用这种方法可以使煤粉着火提前、燃烧稳定、飞灰含碳量降低20%.

The combustion process of the top-ignited briquet may be divided into two stages: the first stage at which volatile matter burns from top to bottom and the second stage at which the coke burns the other way round. The coal is burnt up on the top layers although it was about in this part that the coal was ignited. The second state of combustion is completely identical for both the top-ignited and bottom ignited briquets.
