However, it is not yet widely used especially in China due to the very complicated process for preparing the measuring element-specimen grating, too high of cost and difficult to use in engineering practice. In this paper, several techniques of producing the measuring element are suggested. These techniques which are suitable for the laboratory in our country are as simple as some for producing the grating plate in conventional moire'method and are of low cost. A method to measure the grating frequency which is easy to realize in common laboratory of physics and have relatively high measuring precision wiil also be presented.

建立在物理光学基础上的云纹干涉法,灵敏度和精度可根据使用者需要调节,其灵敏度较传统云纹法提高几十倍到一百倍。但一般认为其测量元件——试件栅的制造过程复杂,成本高昂,实用于工程测量比较困难,在我国国内的应用更未见到发表。本文简明地阐述了云纹干涉法的基本原理,着重介绍了作者从我国具体条件出发所试验的几种试件栅的调制方法,其简易程度接近甚至超过有些普通云纹法栅板(低频栅板)的传统制造方法,成本低廉,是我国一般全息光弹试验室不同程度上能够完成的。本文还介绍了作者采用的一种栅线频率的测量方法。其精度较高,设备也是物理光学试验室的常用设备。因此,在我国应用和迅速推广云纹干涉法已有可能。
