In this paper is discussed the problem of scientific reflection, which is defined as a response of the subject to what the object mirrors. This happens when the subject is confronted with the contradiction between his earlier understanding of an existing fact and his subsequent knowledge about a situation in which the fact has changed thereafter, and he now takes his own thinking as the object of reflection. Basic features of reflection are as follows: Reflection stems from the necessity of practice and should be tested against practice, and necessitates the subject to think in accordance with dialectical rules.
