The experiments were carried out by means of continuous observation of bulbar conjunctival microcirculation and periodical determination of blood and plasma visbosities, hematocrit, platelet aggregation and erythrocyte de-formabilityat different stages of hemorrhagic shock in 9 dogs (BP 40mmHg). The results showed that the responses of microcirculation occurred soon after the beginning of bleeding: the microvessels constricted, the blood flow velocity decreased and the erythrocytes aggregated. The microcirculatory condition became worse during the shock stage: the number of capillaries decreased, erythrocytes sluge appeared and blood flow slowed down and even stopped.The Theological examinations of the arterial blood were as as follows: when bleeding arrested the blood viscosity and hematocrit wre decreased and the platelet aggregation became exacerbated. But the deerease in erythrocyte deformability appeared rather late, it started 1 hour after bleeding. All of the changes (including microcirculation and hemorheological data) recovered gradually in response to retransfusion of the shed blood and normal saline. Lastly. the authors analysed the relations between the disturbances of microcirculation and the changes of rheological factors.

The reaction has diphasic nature,all sheep at 3 ~6 h after feeding and most of them 36h thereafter got endo-toxaemia. In four sheep the limulus lysate test of cerebrospinal fluid was po-sitive immediately after death. The blood lactic acid concentration increasedsignificant1y at 12h postfeeding, peaked at 36h and then decreased. The levelof lactic acid in cerebrospinal fluid immediately after death was higher thanprefeeding. The prothrombin time (PT) prolonged gradually as the ill advanced.Plasma protamine paracoagulation test (3P test) is also diphasic in nature andpositive twice at 6h and 24h after feeding. Based on the data described above itis considered that endotoxaemia plays a major role in the pathogenasis. Duringthe course there are severe lactic acidosis and disseminated intravascular coag-ulation but the former can remit in cases with prolonged course of more than48h and endotoxaemia and acidosis are two important factors to exacerbate thedisease. The failure of systemic organs induced by DIC appears to be the causeof death.

通过6例绵羊实验性过食谷物中毒的研究,探讨了反刍兽过食谷物中毒经过中有无内毒素血症和微循环障碍,以及内毒素血症和乳酸酸中毒在本病发生上的作用。结果:试验羊血浆内(6/6)和脑脊液内(4/6)均检出内毒素,血浆内毒素呈双相反应,于试验后3h(4例)、6h(2例)第一次出现阳性反应,多数在36h后再次出现阳性反应,血液乳酸含量于试验后12h开始明显增高,36h达峰值,病程48h以上的羊以后又下降,脑脊液乳酸含量显著增高。血浆凝血酶原时间随病程的推移而逐渐延长,鱼精蛋白副凝集试验也呈双相反应,试验后6h第一次出现阳性反应,24h后再次出现阳性反应。据此初步认为,内毒素血症先于酸中毒出现,其在本病的发生上起决定的作用;病程中的酸中毒和微循环障碍是严重的,但在病程超过48h的羊,酸中毒有自然缓解的现象;在疾病的转归上,内毒素血症和乳酸酸中毒起加成作用,试验羊死亡的直接原因是微循环障碍所导致的多系统器官功能衰竭。

Severe incomplete cerebral ischemia was induced in 70 rabbits using bilateral carotid artery occIusion coupled with hemorragic hypotension. 60 minutes of ischemia was followed by 2 hours of reperfusion. The electroencephalographic activity, cardiac output and mean artery blood pressure were measured at regular intervals. The activities of lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) and creatine phosphokinase(CPK) in cerebral venous blood were measured before and after the insult. The contents of water, sodium, potassium and cyclic uncleotides were determined in cerebral cortex after 60 min of ischemia and 120 min of reperfusion respectively. The histological and ultrastructural alterations were observed. The results indicate that the acute incomplete cerebral ischemie model in the rabbit can be successfully established by hypotension plus hypoperfusion. Its characteristics are severe suppression of electroencephalographic activity, significant eIevation of LDH and CPK, an increase in the contents of water and sodium. Ischemic edema was demonstrated morphologically in cerebral cortex. During the reperfusion peroid, initially some recovery of the electroencephaiographic activity appeared but then severe suppression occurred; the severety of brain edema was exacerbated; the content of cAMP was increased further and the activities of LDH and CPK were still significantly elevated. Severe ischemic tissue damage in cerebral cortex were morphologically demonstrated, of which the ultrastructural alterations were more remarkable. These results suggested that the ischemic tissue damage might be aggravated on reperfusion. The possible mechanisms were discussed. The cerebral circulatory disturbance and parenchymal insult during reperfusion peroid might play an important role in developing the irreversible postischemic brain damage.

采用低压低灌流方法造成家兔急性不完全性脑缺血60分钟,缺血后进行重灌流。检测了脑电图(EEG)、心输出量、平均动脉血压及脑静脉血乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)活性以及大脑皮质水、钠、钾及环核苷酸含量,观察组织形态学改变。实验结果表明通过低压低灌流成功地复制了兔急性不完全性脑缺血模型。其特点为EEG严重抑制、大脑皮质水、钠含量升高、LDH及CPK活性显著升高。并见脑组织出现脑水肿改变。重灌流期间EEG先有所恢复后严重抑制,LDH及CPK活性仍显著升高。大脑皮质cAMP含量进一步升高,水肿程度加重。组织形态学呈现明显的缺血性损伤尤以亚微结构更为严重,表明重灌流后组织损伤加重。作者分析了上述改变发生的可能机制。
