6066Al/SiC_p composites plates and billets are prepared by multi-layer spray deposition technology. 6066Al/SiC_p composites plates and billets are prepared by multi-layer spray deposition technology. The composites are then rolled or extruded and their mechanical properites in T6 condition are measured. The results show that the composites with uniform distribution of SiC particles and good interface bonding can be obtained. No apparent chemical reaction of interface is found. Rolling and extrusion are effective processes to improve material's density. SiC particles with sharp angle are possible to be broken into several small particles which may be the reason for the obvious decreasing of SiC particles' mean diameter after hot extrusion. The SiC particles become spherical and are more uniformly distributed. After extrusion of 14: 1 at 680K, the properties of the 6066Al/10%SiC_p in T6 condition are: σ_b=640MPa, σ_(0.2)=580MPa, E=133GPa, δ=9.4%. After rolling with reduction of 85% at 750K, the properties in T6 condition are: σ_b =414MPa, σ_(0.2)=360MPa, δ=4.0%, E=100GPa. The reseach shows that spray deposition is a good process to produce particle reinforced composites.

采用多层喷射沉积技术制备了6066Al/SiC_p板材和锭材,研究了轧制、挤压工艺和热处理制度对该材料组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,SiC颗粒在基体中分布均匀,结合良好,界面无明显反应区;轧制和挤压是对喷射沉积材料有效的致密化工艺并能改善SiC颗粒在基体中的存在状态;材料在T6态获得拉伸强度为640MPa,屈服强度为580MPa,弹性模量为133GPs,延伸率为9.4%的优良力学性能。

The theoretical study on interaction between infinite composite plate and acoustic radiation is present.The dispersive characteristic on bending wave of composites plate is studied. The analytical results of acoustic speed and acoustic pressure is presented. The effect on acoustic wave excitated by composite bending wave transmitting directions is discovered. It can be useful to noise control and NDT evaluation.

A three-plate model for describing the delamination and a multi-scalar model for describing the micro-cracks damage are established. To avoid the overlap phenomenon between the upper and lower sub-laminates at the delaminated region during dynamic analysis process, a nonlinear interface element is constructed according to Hertz contact law. A precise time-integration method is used to calculate the dynamic response analysis for the damaged stiffened composite plate. Numerical results show that the interaction between the imbedded delamination and the induced matrix’s crack during the dynamic process affects the dynamic response of the stiffened composites plates significantly.

基于Mindlin假定的复合材料层合板单元和层合梁单元,推导了复合材料加筋板的刚度阵和质量阵;采用Adams应变能法与Rayleigh阻尼模型相结合的方法,构造了相应的阻尼阵列式;建立了分层损伤特征的三板模型和表征基体微裂纹损伤的基体损伤模型;并推导了一种基于Hertz型非线性接触法则的虚拟联接单元模型,以避免在振动分析过程中在低阶模态中分层处出现的上、下子板间不合理的嵌入现象;在上述模型和理论基础上,采用精细积分法求解含损伤结构的动力响应。对典型数例进行参数讨论,表明在动载荷作用下,嵌入分层损伤以及在振动过程中诱发的基体微裂纹损伤的演化将明显地影响加筋层合板的动力特性。
