The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows : the ratio of solid and liquid was 1 to 40, the pH was 6.0, the CaCl2 concentration in extractive reagent was 0.4 mol/L, the temperature was 40℃ and the time of extraction was six hours. In these condition, the protein extraction rate was 0.149 mg/g,the glucoside extraction rate was 45.56 mg/g.
The result shows that the best technological conditions should be pH12, temperature 70℃, proportion of solid to liquid 1∶35 and requiring 60min. The protein extraction rate can be 79.97% and product purity can be 72.8%.
After comprehensive analysis of the vate and efficiency of extraction of the eight species in the study, it has been concluded that the best stage for leaf protein extraction is the budding stage and the best species sorted for it are K112, R104, R1011, K574, K459, D88-1, R158 and K409 in order.
The analysis of the protein content in the green stem and leaf, and the experiment on the leaf protein extraction of eight Grain amaranth species such as K112, R104 and so on in different physiological phases were conducted.
The protein extraction from low denatured defatted soybean meal with alkali were investigated,the perpendicular experiment show that the potimal conditions is:the ratio of feed to solvent 1∶15, pH9 0,3 times and 30 min once,the extraction rate of protein is 87.97%.
