The hydroxyl group in reed chlorolignin has a great effect on the dissolution of lignin in water.IR spectra studies of both Klason lignin in chlorinated reed kraft pulp and reed dioxan lignin, and GPC studies of reed dioxan lignin indicated that the degree of oxidation of reed liguin increases with the increase in chlorine consumption. Oxidation takes place mainly at the interunitary ether links when chlorine consumption is low, but chiefly at the aromatic ring of lignin when chlorine consumption is high.Since hot water extraction is quite effective in dissolving chlorolignin, replacement of the alkaline extraction stage with a hot water extraction stage may be possible.

本文简述了硫酸盐制浆和漂白的节能动向。在节能方面有显著成效的是现代化漂白硫酸盐制浆流程。近年来在北欧又出现了低能耗间歇蒸煮新系统。漂白工程的短程序化,在获得一定白度前提下,除能提高产量、减少废液负荷、降低环境污染外,还能节约能耗。这种短程序的漂白流程有~D/cE_oD,CE_0D,CE_HD,CEHH,(C+D)E_oD等。为进一步节能,在短程序漂白中往往包括高温次氯酸盐漂白段或氧加强的碱抽提段(E_o)。
