The author attempts to give a brief review of the current housing plans, comparing the effectiveness of floor space destributed inside and outside of the units, discussing the“K-values”,the application of small multl-purpose vestibule and measures taken for land saving in the course of planning. The necessary of plastic variety in contradiction with the monotony of constantly repeated prefabrication and mechanized construction process has also been discussed.
