The results of various experiments show that MeOH:CH_3CN:0.01mol/L oxalic acid(pH3)(5:0.5:10) was the optimal solvent system for the separation of TC(or CTC), OTC, MTC and DC, although the separation between TC and OTC was not achieved. The Lichroprep RP-18 column used can be recovered to use again after it was treated with 0.01mol/L HC1, MeOH-H_2O and MeOH respectively.
