This paper is to describe a study of a mechanical vacuum pump using sealed bellows.A structure for rocker puspended arm form is used in BMB-25 type pump.Cap-like piston rotation driven by the inclined section of main bearing swings up and down.Axis is scaled by a bellows in made of the stainless stell.Its gas-tight degree depends on a sealed configuration and the properties of material used in the pump.There is a groove at the piston flange.One fixed diaphragm,which is put in the pump cover,high and low,is mounted in the groove so that a pump cavity could be divided by piston into breathing and exhausting ones.Breathing and exhausting are carried out by two faces,upper and lower,of piston.Both of one pump may be used by being in series or in parallel.In the case of roughing pump,it pumping speed is 25 1/sec in Bevies;its pressure is less than 15 torr and its power remains 4 kw.Its pumping speed in parallel is 50 1/sec;its pressure is also less than 30 torr and its power becomes 5.5KW. Rotational speed will be 1440 rpm.While two pumps are in series,their pressure is less than 5×10~(-2)torn.These results measured and curves of pumping speed are given in this article.

In this paper, the technology and mechanism of filtering Cu-alloy are analysed and inquired. The results indicate that the inclusions and gases can be removed from molten Cu-alloy with all kinds of filters, thus, porosities and gas-hole can be reduced, the grain can be refined, and the mechanical property and gas-tight can be enhanced the results show that contents of inclusion are too little to from cake filtration in casting filtering. 本文对铜合金过滤技术及过滤机理进行了分析和探讨,结果表明,各种形式的过滤器都可以去除铜合金熔体中的夹杂物及气体,从而减少疏松和气孔,改变金相组织,使晶粒细化,提高了铜合金铸件的机械性能和气密性;研究发现,对铸造过滤来说,由于熔体中夹杂物含量一般很少,不可能产生滤饼过滤机制,机械拦截、深吸附过滤和过滤元件的筛分作用及促使横浇道充满流动是捕获夹杂的主要机制。
