目的为腹股沟疝手术提供应用解剖。方法解剖83侧成人腹壁标本,观测髂腹下神经和髂腹股沟神经行径的规律性;解剖12侧成人腹部标本,观察生殖股神经生殖支的局部关系。结果(1)髂腹下神经、髂腹股沟神经、两神经共干与腹股沟韧带中点垂直距离分别为22.4±7.7mm,10.5±4.4mm,20.6±4.2mm;(2)生殖股神经的生殖支位于腹环外侧6.5±4.0mm,占62.5%;生殖股神经的生殖支位于精索(或子宫圆韧带)背侧占66.7%。结论提出在术中保护神经方法,以减少并发症的发生。

目的探讨MK801对缺氧缺血性脑损伤的防治作用。方法将体外培养的大鼠胚胎大脑皮质神经细胞分为正常对照、缺氧缺血性脑损伤、MK801治疗三组,每组8例。检测各组神经细胞内总钙(TCa)及游离钙(Ca2+i)的变化。结果缺氧缺血性脑损伤组TCa、Ca2+i明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),MK801治疗组TCa、Ca2+i明显低于缺氧缺血性脑损伤组(P<0.01)。结论缺氧缺血性脑损伤可引起神经细胞内钙超载,MK801可有效阻止钙内流,有效保护神经细胞,避免缺氧缺血性脑损伤。
